What should I send for the fastest quote?
Three things: your location (area or pin), a few photos of the walls or space, and roughly what you want done. With a floor plan we can send a preliminary estimate the same day, before the site visit.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, anywhere on our areas list — no visit fee, no obligation. We measure, tap-test old plaster, check for damp and send an itemised quote within 24 hours. You can use it to compare other crews; many owners do.
Do you answer outside working hours?
WhatsApp messages sent late get answered first thing next morning. During work hours (08:00–20:00, daily) expect a reply within the hour — usually faster, unless Pak Made is on a scaffold.
