Nowhere in Bali builds faster than Canggu — and nowhere do we see more walls ruined by that speed. Developers push crews to go from bare brick to painted walls in ten days; the render never cures, the acian goes on damp, and by the first February rain the paint is a map of hairline cracks. Half our Canggu work is finishing new villas properly; the other half is quietly re-doing walls that were “finished” six months ago.

Because we’re based here, Canggu projects get our tightest logistics: materials arrive from the Kerobokan supplier run each morning, the crew is on site by eight, and Pak Made can drop by your site the same day you message us. Canggu specifics we plan around

Salt air is mild here compared to Uluwatu, but humidity off the rice fields is not — garden walls and ground floors need proper damp protection before render, or efflorescence blooms through the paint within a year. Traffic is the other constant: we schedule material drops before 9 am because a mixer truck on Jalan Raya Canggu at noon helps nobody. And since most Canggu villas are rentals, we work clean — filmed floors, masked frames, rubbish out daily — so photos can be shot the week we leave.
