Services
Everything between bare brick and “wow”
Plastering is our core trade — and because finishing never happens in isolation, the same crew handles putty, paint, floors and ceilings. One schedule, one responsible foreman, no finger-pointing between contractors.
Wall plastering
Cement render and acian skim on brick or AAC block walls — flat to 2–3 mm over 2 metres, cured properly so paint doesn’t crack later.
from IDR 78,000/m²
Skim coating & putty
Two-coat wall putty sanded under raking light — the difference between paint that looks flat and paint that shows every wave at sunset.
from IDR 42,000/m²
Painting
Interior and exterior painting with proper primer, two finish coats and crisp cut lines — Dulux, Jotun or Nippon, colour-matched on site.
from IDR 36,000/m²
Venetian & decorative plaster
Venetian polished plaster, limewash, tadelakt-style and textured finishes — the feature walls Bali architects keep putting on mood boards.

Sand-cement screed, self-leveling compound, polished concrete and seamless microcement — flat floors that tile layers and furniture will thank you for.

Our own crew
The same 12 people, project after project
Most “contractors” in Bali assemble a different set of daily workers for every job. We went the opposite way: one permanent crew — plasterers, painters, a gypsum specialist and a foreman — trained on our standards and paid to care about the result.
- Straightedge rule: walls flat to 2–3 mm over 2 metres, checked before paint, not after complaints.
- Curing discipline: render rests 10–14 days before skim. That’s why our paint doesn’t spider-crack in February.
- Clean sites: filmed floors, masked frames, daily rubbish run. Villa owners notice; so do their neighbours.
- One foreman, one number: Pak Made runs the crew and answers your questions the same day.

Wall plastering in Bali — questions we hear every week
How much does wall plastering cost in Bali?
Cement render with acian skim starts from IDR 78,000/m² including labour and standard materials; skim coating over existing plaster from IDR 42,000/m². The final rate depends on wall condition, height and access; all prices are approximate and not a public offer. See the full breakdown in our 2026 plastering cost guide → or check the price list.
How long does it take to plaster and paint a 100 m² villa?
A typical 100 m² villa interior takes our crew 3–4 weeks: 7–10 days of render and skim, 10–14 days of curing time depending on season, then 4–6 days of putty, sanding and two coats of paint. We give you a written schedule before we start — rushing the curing is how walls end up cracking.
Which areas of Bali do you cover?
We work daily across Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Umalas, Kerobokan and Seminyak, and take projects in Ubud, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Denpasar. Each area page has local details — start from the service areas overview →
Do you use your own crew or subcontractors?
Our own crew — plasterers, painters and a finishing foreman who have worked together since 2019. No labour brokers, no random daily workers. The same people who quote your walls are the ones who finish them. Meet the team on the about page →
Can I plaster or skim the walls myself?
Small patches — yes, and we explain how honestly. Full walls are harder than videos make it look: acian sets fast in Bali heat and every wave shows at sunset. Read the honest breakdown in our DIY plastering guide → — and if you still want to try, we offer a free WhatsApp consultation instead of pushing a sales pitch.
What materials do you work with?
Mortar Utama and Drymix renders, A-Plus and Nippon skim coats, Dulux, Jotun and Nippon paint systems, plus imported lime and Venetian plasters for decorative work. If your architect specifies a brand, we price exactly that — the quote always names the materials line by line.
Do you give a warranty on plastering and painting?
Yes — 24 months on workmanship. If a crack opens or paint peels because of our work, we come back and fix it free. That is only possible because we control curing times and never skip primer, which is also why we won’t quote a “finish in 3 days” job.
